Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel an installation we ask that at least 24 hours notice is given.

If we arrive for an install & it can not go ahead due to incorrect information provided or incorrect equipment provided by the customer, a charge of £40 will be incurred which can be reduced to £20 if rebooked immediately.

Payment Policy

We accept Cash, Card & Bank Transfer for Payment.

We ask for a 30% deposit on all Media Wall, CCTV & Alarm installations. This is to cover partial costs of materials or equipment.

The remainder is to be paid on completion of the installation.

Warranty

All our installations come with a Warranty from the date of installation.

Ajax Alarms - 2 Years
